How to Resize Images in your posts

1
Scaling an image using [scale img] tag.

Code: Select all

 [scaleimg]{Image url} {size}[/scaleimg]
The { } brackets are just to show placement, don't use them in your code. There should be one space between the image url and the size in pixels.

Example of scaleimg with the pixel number set to 300:

Quote this post to see the actual code used. I hope this is helpful to everyone, and thanks to Ross for the suggestion, it's been bothering me too for a long time.

You can also add a

Code: Select all

[URL] [/URL]
tag around an image to use it to launch into a larger size, such as this:

Code: Select all

 [url={link url}] [scaleimg]{Image url} {size}[/scaleimg][/url]

Updated with recent info.

I've also adjusted the settings for attachment to allow larger inline attachments to show in a post and to allow larger file sizes and dimensions to be uploaded as attachments. This should help make it easier to show your graphics in your posts. :)
