I have spent a few hours (I won’t say how long) trying to figure out the maker as well as an approximate year for this set. I did find a set that is similar from Vereinigte Altenburger und Stralsunder Spielkarten-Fabriken, here is a link to the site https://www.wopc.co.uk/germany/ass/bourgeois . The set I have is very similar but not the same.

Card 1 in the similar set has a curtain on both sides whereas the set I have has a stairway. Any help would be appreciated as well as any information anyone would have. I don’t think the set is complete but I don’t know anything about the cards to be honest. Below are some images of the set I have as well as an image of what I think is a makers mark.
