It is at https://www.tarotforum.net/showpost.php ... stcount=14. This is on p. 2 of the thread https://www.tarotforum.net/showthread.php?t=30834. A few of the posts following have more information.

Name research: Payen, Deletre and Vieville

Payen (most often in French departement Nord)
http://www.geopatronyme.com/cgi-bin/car ... lient=cdip

Deletre (very rare name, second most often also in Nord)
http://www.geopatronyme.com/cgi-bin/car ... lient=cdip

Vieville (clearly most often in departement Aisne, which is directly close to Nord in Southern direction)

Possibly all three artists are from the same French region, close to the border of modern Belgium.

The outfit and theme (unicorn) is somehow similar to the Tarot de Paris ...

This was similar to the German deck made for the wedding of the daughter of Emperor Maximilian with the Spanish prince (1496). Before she was educated in Franceas the Future wife of the young French king Charles VIII (before he preferred Anne of Bretagne, a bride, which Charles stole from emperor Maximilian; a big European scandal).
