I have access through my university, but it's good to know that there is now limited free access to JSTOR open to the public!

Yes, I've used it a couple of times now. It probably suits my needs - you can have three papers at a time for a minimum of two weeks. At the end of two weeks, you can remove one or more and replace them with others on your shelf.

this might be a major improvement.
The test phase earlier was more frustrating than useful.
