A while ago, a XIX century engraving depicting Mary as the morning star ("Stella Matutina") was posted by R.A. Hendley.

I had not realized that the engraving is one of a series illustrating the Litanies of the Holy Virgin or Litanie Lauretane.
Here is the complete series, with a nice Popess in the first engraving and other interesting stuff in many of the prints:
