What if there are 7 celestials in the PMB and they just haven't been recognized as such due to their medieval representation? I will try to re-edit an abbreivated draft of that thesis over the weekend and post it early next week.
But since you are focusing on the sun-moon-"star"...yes, I put that last in quotes because it is a misnomer, added on presumably late in the quattrocento, possibly by someone who gave the cards a particular order and numbered them. Look again at all of the allegorical women in the PMB - why is it that only the woman holding the "star" has cleavage? Like the gestures, that wasn't accidental.
