Raoul de Presles 1375

1
Raoul de Presles is noted at Kaplan I, p. 32. Kaplan gives the explanation, that the relevant pictures uses costumes relevant to the time of Charles VI and not to the time of the early 1370's. Also it's stated, that the translation was made 1371-75.

Hi, I think the description is wrong.
I think Raoul de Presle translated the City of God in the 1370's and that miniature was from a manuscript much later in the 1470's perhaps to celebrate 100 years of the translation.
If I remember correctly the games and vanities was under Luxury and Depravities??? in the 1470-ish manuscript.
